Nuadi is the result of the carve-out of the European division of the Canadian manufacturer Nucap Industries. Since Artá completed the carve-out, Nuadi has carried out two acquisitions.

The company is one of the leading producers of components (backing plates, anti-noise shims, and other products) used by brake pad manufacturers in the European aftermarket. Nuadi also supplies components to the original equipment (OE) market, with a focus on the EU.

Headquartered in Spain, the company operates production plants in Navarra, Barcelona, Morocco, and China.
