Ocibar manages, promotes and develops recreational ports and related facilities. Its main concessions are:

• Port Adriano: 404 berths for yachts from 6 to 18 meters in length and 2,300 m2 of commercial area
• Expansion of Port Adriano: 82 new berths for mega yachts (from 20 to 100 meters) and 3,000 m2 of commercial area, designed by Philippe Starck
• Other marinas in the Balearic Islands (Ibiza Magna and Ibiza Pantalanes)

Since Artá Capital invested in 2008, OCIBAR completed the berth expansion project with state of the art facilities, enhanced commercial strategy to increase awareness and developed a successful strategy for commercialization of berths.
